No-confidence motion rejected. The French government has fallen.

The French Parliament has largely rejected the vote of confidence that the French Prime Minister had requested in the National Assembly. After just nine months in office, François Bayrou is expected to resign as early as Tuesday.
A total of 364 deputies rejected the motion of confidence, against 194 votes in favor, forcing the fall of the Government.
This is the third prime minister that France has lost in the space of a year.
It is now up to the French President to appoint a new prime minister or dissolve parliament and call new early elections.
