FÉRTIL Festival brings together nature, art, innovation and community in Olhão

Chalé João Lúcio, in Olhão, will host the 3rd edition of FÉRTIL, the festival that unites nature, art, innovation and community in a unique space, located in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, on October 4th and 5th, between 11:00 am and 9:00 pm.

This year, the program promises an even richer fusion of tradition and future. Music once again plays a central role, with BANDUA taking the stage on the 4th and Emmy Curl on the 5th, accompanied by DJs who ensure the perfect rhythm for two days of celebration.

FÉRTIL's training area offers inspiring workshops and lectures, with confirmed themes such as: caring for the soil, people, and the future; ecological sanitation — facilitated by the Eco Aldeia do Vale team; talk on art and sustainability; lecture on communities; introduction to entrepreneurship; Algarve Donkey; and an interpretive tour led by the Institute for Nature Conservation and Forests ( ICNF ).

And because sustainability starts early, the festival also features activities for children throughout the event.

Among the new features for 2025, the Innovation and Technology stage, run by Dengun, FÉRTIL's official innovation partner, stands out, as well as a networking area run by LOFT Community, a space for meetings and creative connections.

The full program will soon be available on the festival's social media channels.

"FÉRTIL is more than an event: it is a meeting point for those who believe in a sustainable future, where technology, culture, and community go hand in hand with environmental preservation," the organization points out.
