You can fly to this island without a passport. It has 37 beautiful beaches.

A Pole, Oskar Wojtalik, recently reminded us of a Caribbean island we can reach without major hassles or unnecessary bureaucracy. He runs an Instagram travel profile called oskar_podroze. He often travels on his own, records reports from interesting places, and offers valuable advice to internet users. He recently boasted that he's been to Sint Maarten, a Caribbean island, over seven times without even needing a passport.
A Caribbean Island Without a PassportOne of the most beautiful Caribbean islands where Poles don't have to show their passports is Sint Maarten. It's a unique place, as it's partly an overseas territory that's part of the European Union. A land border runs through the island, dividing it into the French part, Saint-Martin, and the Dutch part, Sint Maarten. Importantly, to avoid showing your passport, you must land at the port of Saint Martin Grand-Case on the French side. Flights from Paris (Air France) and others, such as Air Caraibes, land there.
These small, atmospheric areas attract tourists from all over the world; they're paradise-like, peaceful, and safe. Some even move there permanently. Oskar Wojtalik showcased Sint Maarten in an Instagram video, encouraging a vacation there. "The island is famous for its 37 beaches," we hear in the recording. The Pole shows azure waters, platforms jutting into the sea, palm-fringed hotels, and green hills. At first glance, it's clear that life in the Caribbean moves at a very slow pace, with plenty of sunshine and high temperatures.
Two parts of one islandThe Pole emphasized the differences between the two parts of the same island. "The French side is more mountainous and has very good restaurants, while the Dutch side is famous for its nightlife, casinos, and more American food," he reveals in his video. He also assures that each of these places offers beautiful beaches. The best places for relaxation are:
- Mullet Bay Beach
- Petite Plage
- Baie Rouge
- Pinel Island
- Friar's Bay Beach
Moreover, it's on the Caribbean island of Sint Maarten that you'll find the famous Maho Beach, over which planes fly very low. Beachgoers can wave to the pilot and passengers as they hover almost overhead. Other attractions include the world's steepest zip lines, snorkeling spots, and local events.
