It's incredibly beautiful, has a V12 engine and a manual transmission. This is the Huayra Codalunga Speedster.

He's done it again! Horacio Pagani is known for ultra-limited versions of his already limited-edition works of art on wheels. He just unveiled the stunning Huayra Codalunga Speedster, an open-top version of the car that won the Best Design award at the 2023 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. Only 10 units will be built, and yes, they're all sold out!
"Every Pagani is born to embody the unique vision of a hypercar that every sports car enthusiast dreams of. For some, it must be extreme, bold, and captivating from the first glance; for others, it embodies elegance, restraint, and harmony. These different interpretations inspire research, exploration, and the pursuit of solutions that sometimes lead to astonishingly different results—but always recognizable by the Pagani signature. The Huayra Codalunga Speedster is a tribute to those who envision their sports car as a vision of lightness and speed, shaped by sleek lines that effortlessly defy the passage of time." — Horacio Pagani , founder of the brand

The two-seater sports a carbon fiber hardtop with a polycarbonate skylight. Engineers have eliminated the roll-up doors in the redesigned bodywork – they were originally hinged in the roof, but are now located in a more conventional location behind the front wheel.

The beautiful long tail (codalunga) remains unchanged, however. At the rear, everything remains unchanged – the attention-grabbing quadruple, ceramic-coated exhaust system, joined for the first time by two additional, titanium pipes housed in the diffuser.

This striking exhaust pipe exhausts gases from the melodic V12 built for Pagani by Mercedes-AMG . The 6.0-liter engine generates 864 hp and 1,100 Nm of torque.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via an automatic transmission or, new to the Codalunga, a seven-speed X-trac manual . Traction is provided by Italian Pirelli Trofeo R tires wrapped around aircraft-inspired rims – 20" at the front and 21" at the rear. Inside, Brembo by Pagani ceramic brakes barely fit.

"In the 1950s and '60s, racing cars managed to combine performance and beauty in an almost poetic balance. They had to be fast, but also light, sleek, and designed with meticulous attention to detail. Romantic lines, timeless beauty. Then something changed. Efficiency began to prevail over elegance. With the Huayra Codalunga Speedster, we wanted to return to that era—a time of refined speed. We removed aerodynamic accessories and side air intakes. We strived for clean, simplified forms, designed to cut silently through the air, without unnecessary noise. This Pagani is built around the idea of visual and formal lightness." — Lorenzo Kerkoc, Director of Pagani Grandi Complicazioni, responsible for building the brand's most exceptional examples.
Just think: a racing car whose shape resembles classic race cars from the sixties, a V12, manual gears and the Italian wind in your hair…
