The deadline is October 31st. They will pay PLN 28,000 to photovoltaic owners.

- The "Mój Prąd" (My Electricity) program gives prosumers the opportunity to receive subsidies for photovoltaic micro-installations and electricity and thermal energy storage facilities.
- Applications are accepted until October 31st or until the budget is exhausted. The program is extremely popular, so it's best to apply as soon as possible.
- The support is aimed at prosumers settled in the net-billing system, and the amount of the subsidy depends on the type of planned installation.
The "Mój Prąd" (My Electricity) program offers funding for photovoltaic micro-installations and electricity and heat storage . Applications are open until October 31, 2025, or until the PLN 1.8 billion budget is exhausted.
So many applications are currently being submitted that the application process could be completed by September . The total amount of completed applications is PLN 1.764 million, leaving PLN 85.6 million in the budget, or just 4.63% of the funds.
The popularity of the "Mój Prąd" program is enormous. Applications began on September 2, 2024, and since then, 117,000 applications have been submitted:
- 110,000 of them concerned photovoltaic installations,
- 69 thousand electricity storage and 19 thousand heat storage.
The "Mój Prąd" (My Electricity) program is available to individuals who generate electricity for their own needs and have a sales agreement to feed electricity generated in a micro-installation into the grid. Funding may cover PV panels or a photovoltaic micro-installation with an energy storage or heat storage system.
The support is intended for prosumers, i.e. people who both produce and consume electricity, who incurred expenses for photovoltaic installations after January 1, 2021.
To benefit from the current program, prosumers must be billed using a net-billing system . These individuals can apply for subsidies of up to 50% of eligible investment costs. For PV installations scheduled for grid connection from August 1, 2024, investment in an electricity or heat storage facility is also required. The maximum subsidy amount in such cases is up to PLN 28,000.
How to apply for funding in the "My Electricity" program? To submit an application, you must prepare electronic versions of the following documents:
- a document confirming the application to the Distribution Network Operator for the connection of the micro-installation to the power grid,
- a document confirming the connection of the PV micro-installation to the power grid, VAT invoices (or personal receipts) for the purchase and installation of the PV installation and additional devices,
- documents confirming full payment of invoices,
- a document confirming the applicant's bank account,
- documents for additional devices (work acceptance protocol from the contractor or the applicant's declaration regarding self-assembly),
- a document confirming settlement in the net-billing system,
- a document confirming receipt of funding from other public funds outside the "Mój Prąd" programme.
Once all documents are prepared, you can submit your application using the Funding Application Generator (GWD).
"The budget for the 'Mój Prąd' 6.0' program is indeed running out. The program is popular and important to us, so we're already thinking about what the next edition might look like and looking for a source of funding," Krzysztof Bolesta told WNP.
