The community of Trójczyce celebrated the 15th anniversary of the naming of the primary school [PHOTOS]

On Tuesday, June 10, the community of Trójczyce proudly and emotionally celebrated the 15th anniversary of naming the facility after Fr. Jan Twardowski – an exceptional priest, poet and friend of children.

The ceremony began with a mass concelebrated by Archbishop Józef Michalik, which gave the event a deeply spiritual and uplifting character. The service was attended by numerous guests - representatives of local government authorities, principals of friendly schools, retired employees, graduates and students, teachers and parents. After the Eucharist, the participants went to the school, where a symbolic dedication of a mural depicting the patron saint took place. This painting is not only a tribute to Father Twardowski, but also a permanent sign of his presence in our everyday lives.

Then, a ceremonial ceremony was held in the People's House, during which students presented a moving artistic program inspired by the life and work of the priest-poet. The ceremony was also graced by the performance of the Przemyśl Land Folk Group "Trójczyce", which presented colorful folk dances, introducing the audience to the unique atmosphere of tradition and beauty of Polish folklore. There was no shortage of emotion among the guests and warm words of appreciation for the young artists and the organizers of the event.
