"Yellow Ribbon," a Ukrainian resistance movement, writes on its Telegram channel that Russians are removing fluoroscopes from hospitals in occupied Enerhodar. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov writes that one of the drones struck a multi-story residential building in the city, causing a fire. There are no reports of casualties yet.
