PKP Cargo submitted a restructuring plan to the court

On June 30, the administrator of the PKP Cargo restructuring estate submitted a restructuring plan to the court, which aims to restore the company's profitability, ensure its long-term development and regain full capacity to settle liabilities. In particular, it assumes the stabilization of the financial situation in the short term through actions aimed at optimizing cash flows, renegotiating financial liabilities, reducing costs and increasing revenues, including through the development of cooperation with key customers.
