On May 13, the Court of Appeal in Rzeszów will hold a hearing in the trial of an entrepreneur who was sentenced to eight years in prison for retail sale of GBL-based cleaning products. The case was referred back for reconsideration by the Supreme Court due to the verdict issued by the so-called neo-judges.
