Kirk murder: The FBI continues its hunt for the activist's alleged killer. Trump will attend the funeral.

The FBI has released new video showing a man, the suspected killer of conservative activist Charlie Kirk , renewing its appeal to those on the Utah Valley University campus to assist in the investigation. The footage shows a man wearing a basketball cap, dark glasses, dark pants, and a black T-shirt with the US flag, running across a rooftop, climbing off the edge of the building, and falling to the ground. The suspect is believed to have fled into the neighborhood after firing the shots; he has not yet been identified. The FBI also shared photos of the same suspect.
"He left some handprints, and there are some stains, some spots that we'll try to collect DNA from," explained Beau Mason, Utah's Public Safety Commissioner. "There's a shoe print that allows us to clearly identify the suspect as a man wearing Converse sneakers." Along the suspect's escape route, investigators said they also found a high-powered hunting rifle.
Kirk, a 31-year-old activist and blogger, was a leading pro-Donald Trump voice in the United States. Utah Governor Spencer Cox reiterated the call for assistance in the investigation: "We cannot do our job right now without the public's help," Cox said. "The public has responded to our request, and so far we've received more than 7,000 tips and leads. I just want to emphasize that the FBI hasn't received this many tips from the public via digital media since the Boston Marathon bombing."
