Buying a house in Pisa, three most requested neighborhoods of the city

The most requested neighborhoods of PisaThree neighborhoods are positioned at the top of the ranking with a demand index of 2.3: Putignano-Oratoio , Pratale-Don Bosco-San Michele and Pisanova-Cisanello-Porta a Piagge. These areas, well connected to the city center and the main services, are particularly interesting for those looking for a permanent residence or an investment.
Barbaricina and Porta Fiorentina follow, with an index of 1.7, which confirm a good level of interest from buyers. More moderate values were recorded in the Porta a Lucca (1.4), San Marco-Porta a Mare (1.3), Litorale Pisano (1.2) and Centro Storico (1.1) districts.

It is followed by the Centro Storico with 2,941 euros/m2 and the Pratale-Don Bosco-San Michele district with 2,703 euros/m2, areas characterized by the presence of historic buildings, quality services and a strong demand.
Porta a Lucca (2,534 euros/m2) and Pisanova-Cisanello-Porta a Piagge (2,468 euros/m2) also show values above the city average. Prices are more moderate in San Marco-Porta a Mare (2,442 euros/m2), Barbaricina (2,320 euros/m2), Porta Fiorentina (2,242 euros/m2) and Putignano-Oratoio, which with 2,024 euros/m2 is the most accessible area.
