Gastronomy is also a heritage. This is the approach of the company Le Chef Bistronome, which offers a discovery of its recipes, highlighting the talents of the cooks, its workshops, etc. For the first time, the company is open for two visits, on Friday, September 19, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (1).
Another unique heritage site to discover in a unique way is the Agglomeration's composting platform in Artigues. The behind-the-scenes look at waste recovery is open to the curious, as voluntary drop-off points for biowaste are becoming more widespread.
Of course, the stars of these days remain the Agen Prefecture and the courthouse, which only open their doors this way on this occasion. The Museum of Fine Arts also offers its share of more traditional activities.
To finish with something less traditional, head to Moirax. The Cluniac village, in addition to its traditional tours, offers a pigeon release on the church square on September 21 at 5 p.m.
