Three new shows, star consultants, unprecedented proximity to the clubs... What will a typical Ligue 1 weekend look like next season?

With Ligue 1 just one week away from returning to our screens, it's time to take stock of what's in store for future Ligue 1+ and beIN Sports subscribers.
With the casting of the new French Championship broadcasting platform now almost finalized and the subscription campaign about to open , it's time to take a look at what a typical Ligue 1 weekend will look like next season. While beIN Sports will keep its Saturday 5 p.m. schedule, the new feature will be the LFP's new platform, Ligue 1+, which plans to offer a premium experience to its subscribers from the launch next Friday, August 15. This is something DAZN lacked last year.
Thus, from 7:45 p.m. on Friday, Thibault Le Rol and his consultants Giovanni Castaldi and Swann Borselino will host the magazine "Kick-off" , before the first poster of the weekend at 8:45 p.m. The next day, Thomas Thouroude will take over on beIN Sports at 4 p.m. before the 5 p.m. match commentated by the duo Christophe Josse/Daniel Bravo. Like last year, a half-hour debrief will be offered afterwards. There are still two evening matches at 7 p.m. and 9:05 p.m. broadcast on Ligue 1+ before a new magazine presented by Marina Lorenzo entitled "90+1" . Johan Djourou will join the cast alongside the duo Castaldi/Borselino. Note that the beIN Sports match will be offered on a delayed basis from midnight on the new LFP channel.
Skip the adSunday promises to be a busy day with five matches scheduled from 3 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Félix Rouah will be in charge to start the 3 p.m. match, accompanied by Pierre Bouby. It will then be the turn of the multiplex at 5:15 p.m., before the flagship match of the weekend at 8:45 p.m. Thibault Le Rol will be back to present the show "Le Club Ligue 1+" , broadcast free-to-air and to the public from 7:15 p.m. Alongside him, the star recruit of the new Ligue 1 platform, Adil Rami , whose outspokenness is no longer in doubt. Xavier Domergue and Benoît Cheyrou will be on commentary, while Guillaume Hoarau or Souleymane Diawara will officiate from the sidelines in the style of Laurent Paganelli on Canal +, with the promise of unprecedented proximity with the clubs.
