The department's clubs are continuing their summer preparations before the resumption of the various championships.

Sarlat opened the ball this Friday evening in Issoire, for its third and final friendly match of the season. After Saint-Médard-en-Jalles and Marmande, the CAS decided to test itself against a Federal 1 team and drew (17-17).

This Saturday, two matches will be followed, firstly that of Belvès which will be calibrated against Castillon at 5:30 p.m. A team of Fédérale 2, which will play this season in a very Gironde, Landes and Lot-et-Garonne group. Belvès will therefore have the opportunity to get back to the level before the restart. Note that the B team was supposed to face Lardin but, the match was finally canceled, since Lardin will go to Charles-Pestré in Vergt, this Saturday at 6:30 p.m. to face Vernois.

Nontron tests itself against a Fédérale 2

In Fédérale 3, Usan supporters will be able to return to the stands at the Stade du Roc this Saturday to watch their team take on Mussidan. A derby of varying levels, but one that will allow coaches Guillaume Brouqui and Augustin Petrechei to review their squad before the restart. As a reminder, Usan lost to Fumel last weekend.

And then, on Sunday, Nontron and Le Bugue will play in turn. The promoted Nontronnais, after a victory in Léognan (28-26), will travel again. This time to Larche in Corrèze to face rugby Causse Vézère Riverains (Federal 2). A real shock for the Cutlers who return to Federal 3 this season. The Buguois, meanwhile, after a complicated match in Vergt, will travel to Léognan and will try to reassure themselves before the start of the championship.

The Périgueux hopefuls also played this Friday evening against their counterparts from Angoulême and they lost.
