French Aquathlon Championships: Rochelais and Saintais will dive into the Charente in Angoulême

La Rochelle and Saintes Triathlon are aiming for places of honor at the National Youth Championship in Charente, Saturday July 5
This Saturday, July 5, Angoulême will host the French Aquathlon Championships (swimming and running). Around fifteen athletes from Charente-Maritime are competing in a program of 500m swimming and 2.5km running for the junior and junior teams, and 1,000m swimming and 5km running for the cadet and junior teams.
In the absence of Achille Besson and Léa Houart, who are preparing for the European Junior Triathlon Championships, La Rochelle Triathlon will have 10 representatives. Sports director Lionel Roye hopes to place "two or three youngsters in the top 20." The La Rochelle technician is particularly considering Marin Régnier (cadet) and Eliot Toulemonde (minime).

In the junior category, Iris Martin will be the only member of the Saintes Triathlon team, while in the junior category, Maxence Macuda and Oscar Lafaysse will be two. In the junior girls category, Violette Morel has the opportunity to confirm her 2025 results, which are solid. Finally, Arthur Pinto Da Silva will try to climb as high as possible in the junior boys category.
Paratriathlon Fourth in the European Paratriathlon Championships on June 14th, following his second place in the World Series in Italy behind double Paralympic champion Alexis Hanquinquant, Antoine Lamarche of Puilborain de La Rochelle Triathlon is waiting for a bib for the World Championships on October 18th in Wollongong (Australia).
