Eric Dier, new AS Monaco defender, meets his fans at Port Hercule

With the resumption of the Ligue 1 season fast approaching, English international defender Eric Dier, signed this summer by the Princely club, met with his fans. Before seeing him play on the Louis-II pitch - perhaps as early as the first matchday at home against Le Havre on Saturday, August 16 - supporters were able to chat with him at Port Hercule, in the AS Monaco Village.

Around a hundred curious onlookers, including many children, were able to have their jerseys signed or take photos with the former Bayern Munich player. All smiles, Eric Dier happily agreed to take part in this encounter.

As a reminder, Monaco will be the fourth professional club in the Englishman's career (49 caps for the national team) after Sporting Portugal, Tottenham and Bayern Munich.
