Foncegrive. Soon two SOS doctors will be available at the medical center.

Tuesday evening's community council meeting was an opportunity for the president of Tille et Venelle, Serge Bavard, to announce some good news: starting October 1 , SOS Médecins will be operating two days a week at the Selongey medical center. While this regular presence of practitioners won't solve everything, it will at least mitigate the consequences of the departure of the two general practitioners who handed in their keys on Monday morning.
The community of communes is therefore continuing to seek candidates for installation. Furthermore, it has planned comfort improvements at the medical center to reduce the temperature on hot days, as is currently the case: on the one hand, UV filters on the windows, and on the other, white paint on the flat roof.
The elected officials also rolled out a highly technical agenda to move a few projects forward before the summer recess. For example, the council authorized the president to sign the transfer of a 20,000 m² plot of land to the John Deere company in the Selongey business park. The company is to build a maintenance center and a sales office there. The three marked trails in Avot have also been included in the departmental plan for walking and hiking routes (PDIPR).
Regarding the recomposition of the council, a legal obligation every five years, only 6 out of 18 municipalities have made their choice known from the five scenarios that were proposed.
Finally, another topic under discussion: the proposal to create a deputy management position at the Chazeuil inter-municipal public group and the transformation of a cooperation officer position into one and a half positions "to respond to needs coming from the field."
