Despite Hungarian opposition, Europe moves towards the end of Russian gas

The European Union still buys 13% of its gas and 3% of its oil from Russia. The Commission is proposing a roadmap for gradually easing this dependence by the end of 2027. And even if tensions in Ukraine ease, there will be no question of buying from Russian companies again.
