Until Sunday, May 25, the 11th edition of the Bordeaux International Competition, entitled Vibre!, pits nine young groups against each other under the watchful eye of a high-flying jury.
By drawing lots, two French quartets, out of the nine competing ensembles, will open the show this Monday, May 19, in the auditorium located in the heart of Bordeaux. Soberly dressed in black and... burgundy, brightened by silver sneakers, the four young women of the Magenta quartet make their entrance. It's their responsibility to launch the first round of the 11th edition of a competition whose final is expected on May 24, followed the next day by a concert by the semi-finalists (there will then be only three quartets) and then by the 2025 winners.
