Vénissieux (69) – Two children aged 6 and 2, abandoned, barefoot and dehydrated, wandered the streets of Les Minguettes for several days. They were attacked by local youths.

According to LyonMag , two children aged 6 and 2 were found wandering the streets of Les Minguettes in Vénissieux for several days after being abandoned by their mother in circumstances that remain unknown. Barefoot, dehydrated, and very weak, they were also reportedly physically assaulted by local teenagers. This Thursday afternoon, residents took them in before handing them over to the municipal police. An investigation is underway to identify the children and find their parents. The Lyon prosecutor's office has not yet responded.
