Accused of Islamophobia, conspiracy theories and climate skepticism, Le Point declares war on Wikipedia

STORY - In recent days, the American online encyclopedia, which is powered by volunteer contributors, has considered that the magazine "is not a reliable source". Upset, the latter accuses it in return of being a "slander machine" and has sent it a formal notice.
The atmosphere has been tense for a week between the newspaper Le Point and the website Wikipedia . In recent days, the one that defines itself as "the free encyclopedia" has repeatedly updated its information concerning the magazine, calling it an "Islamophobic" newspaper, a "sounding board for ecological denial" , giving voice to voices "from the hard right and the conspiracy movement" or even to those close to the "neo-fascist extreme right" .
