Israeli army attacks building in Gaza, death toll rises to 19 on Friday

The Israeli military said Friday it had bombed a building used by the Islamist movement Hamas in Gaza City, the largest city in the Palestinian territory that Israel is preparing to take.
" Hamas had installed infrastructure inside that building used to prepare and carry out attacks against Israeli army troops," the army said in a statement .
"Before the attack, precautionary measures were taken to limit the damage caused to the civilian population, including advance warnings, the use of precision munitions, aerial surveillance, and intelligence," the statement added.
