Drug dealing in Yucatán: 3 arrested for cocaine, crystal meth, and clonazepam

Drug dealing in Yucatán; the Attorney General's Office (FGR) sentenced three men who were in possession of several doses of cocaine, crystal meth, and clonazepam.
The Public Prosecutor's Office of the Attorney General's Office (FGR), through its Specialized Regional Control Prosecutor's Office (FECOR) in the state of Yucatán, obtained, through an abbreviated procedure, a conviction against three individuals.
The statement indicates that they were sentenced to prison for a crime against public health , in the form of possession of the narcotics clonazepam, cocaine, and methamphetamine hydrochloride, for the purpose of trade, in the hypothesis of sale.
According to the investigation file, Miguel “N”, Gerardo “N” and Joel “N” were arrested during a search of a property located in the Arecas subdivision , in the municipality of Kanasín, Yucatán.

The suspects had in their possession 15 clonazepam tablets; 77 grams (700 milligrams) of cocaine and 300 milligrams of methamphetamine hydrochloride (commonly known as crystal ).
For these facts, the federal prosecutor presented sufficient evidence for the judge specializing in the Accusatory Criminal System to impose on Miguel "N", Gerardo "N" and Joel "N" the sentence of four years in prison , as well as a fine of 80 Units of Measurement and Update, equivalent to nine thousand 051 pesos and 20 cents.
