The tragic incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. during the release of the second bull during the Toro del Gayumbo festival . At that moment, a man was hit and gored repeatedly on San Ignacio Street , suffering serious injuries from the bull's horn .

According to information provided by the 112 emergency service , part of the Andalusian Emergency Agency , a witness alerted the coordination services. Civil Guard officers, local police , and medical personnel from the Andalusian Health Service ( SAS ) were dispatched to the scene. They confirmed the victim's death at the health center and requested that the corresponding judicial protocol be activated by the Armed Forces .

The Ubrique City Council has expressed its deep sorrow through its social networks , according to Europa Press , regretting the incident that occurred during the bullfighting event and conveying its deepest condolences and support to the family, friends and loved ones of the deceased.
