Stock market: Dax continues to recover, investors gain hope

The mid-cap MDAX index rose 0.4 percent to 30,909 points. The Eurozone's leading index, the EuroStoxx 50, also rose 0.4 percent.

With the support of Wall Street, investors in the German stock market have regained their courage, wrote experts at Landesbank Helaba. However, the danger of a renewed slide has not been averted, partly because a compromise in the tariff dispute between the US, the EU, and China has not yet been reached.
