"We need to prepare for a huge transformation." CEO of IT giant talks about the role of AI

Artificial intelligence, digital solutions, enterprise management support systems, e-invoicing are the challenges facing business. The response to these needs are products prepared by Comarch .

It seems to me that we have this feeling that digitalization is already a slogan. We have been talking about this topic for over 30 years, but education is still needed in this regard - says Comarch CEO Jarosław Mikos.

- The government also has a huge role to play. KSeF, or the National System of e-Invoices, is a big change that should generally be subject to educational activities. The same should be done in the case of changes caused by the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions. This is of paramount importance for maintaining the competitiveness of Polish enterprises - explains Jarosław Mikos.

- We simply need to spread this education, deepen digitalization, teach our companies how to use these tools. It is necessary to prepare for the enormous transformation that artificial intelligence is introducing - adds the president.

Comarch has had ERP systems for small and medium-sized companies for years.

- As Comarch, we have a wide product range and we do offer solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, we have ERP systems. At the "enterprise" level - i.e. large corporations - we have loyalty products, similarly for the banking sector. We have a full segmentation and multi-point palette, and we feel very comfortable with it - says Jarosław Mikos.

- Observing and analyzing trends, we see a double-digit market growth rate all the time. This allows us to look to the future with optimism. The second element is the change caused by the emergence of AI as a solution that improves the efficiency of companies. It also provides tools for product development and this is truly very noticeable - adds the president of Comarch.
