Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews knock another £450k off of £4.5m apartment after two years on the market

VOGUE Williams and Spencer Matthews have knocked a further £450k off the asking price for their London apartment.

The married couple are trading Chelsea for a quieter life in Vogue's native Ireland, but are struggling to flog the mansion in the heart of London.

They originally put on the market £5.25million two years ago, but they have now knocked an addition £450k off the asking price.

It is now listed as £4.25million through Sotheby’s International Realty - meaning they've slashed the price by a staggering £1million.

Despite the stunning amenities, the four bedroom property is still yet to sell.

The intricately decorated house includes two huge reception rooms, a private roof garden/terrace, a bar, home gym and in-house cinema/media room.

The primary bedroom comes with an en-suite, with two more bathrooms throughout the house.

Fans can get a look into the property, which is the perfect blend of clean white decor but pops of colour in the furnishings and wall art.

Irish star Vogue and British-born Spencer have always had homes in both Ireland and London, with a third property in Jersey.

However they decided to sell this home last year in order to invest in a bigger Irish home for their three children – Theodore, Gigi and Otto – to grow up in.

The couple, who have been married since 2018, spoke about life in the Matthews' household on their podcast, but Spencer quit the show at the beginning of this year in order to focus on other business interests and his newfound love of endurance challenges.

Last year, Spencer completed a massive feat of taking on 30 desert ­marathons in 30 days.

He told us how extreme exercise has saved his marriage and his life, with him also completely cutting out alcohol after it left him 'unrecognisable'.

Amber Wilson, Vogue's sister, is taking over for Spencer, and the show will now be renamed Vogue and Amber.

It comes after Vogue said she'd "had enough" after rumours of struggles at home.

Now the mum of three has taken to Instagram to set the record straight

In a fiery rant posted alongside a carousel of images showing the pair in happy times, she wrote: "It’s with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up!

"I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours but this just keeps coming up."

She told how rumours of a marriage breakdown are "absolutely not true and much more importantly I don’t want my children hearing these lies in the playground."

She added: "We’re not sure what the angle is or where it’s coming from but the whole thing feels very strange and mean.

"We’re very happily married and in love and I hope posting the truth on my own platform might make it stop."

Spencer then made light of the situation as he added some of the speculation was "quite funny to be fair."

It comes after speculation the pair were trying to avoid the seven-year itch.

It also follows Spencer's reveal that he will not be leaving his fortune to their kids over nepotism fears.

Meanwhile, according to The Mirror, the couple held different opinions on handling rumours of their split.

A source told the publication: "Vogue is much more sensitive than Spencer when it comes to people talking about their relationship and their family, so she takes rumours about their marriage much more to heart and it makes her angry.

"It’s a bit like water off a duck’s back to Spencer – but Vogue finds it hard seeing them all the time, especially as they’ve got kids, which she said herself."

They added: "Spencer also feels that if you address something publicly it just fuels the situation – it doesn’t stop people from talking, it almost has the opposite effect.

"So they’re not really on the same page with it, which can be an issue, at times."
