These days, you can't put on a good tour without outfits to boot. From Beyoncé to Sabrina Carpenter, celebs pull all the sartorial stops on the road — and Dua Lipa would be no exception.

Dua Lipa loves an outfit change — whether it is at a festival or a concert. She kicked off her Radical Optimism tour in late 2024 with a few shows across Asia, but it wasn't until her first 2025 show in Melbourne, Australia, that the star pulled out what's become her seminal Radical Optimism tour outfit arsenal, with five custom looks put together by her long-time stylist Lorenzo Posocco.

“I designed the show looks starting from the setlist of the concert,” Posocco tells Teen Vogue. “A live show is usually divided into different moments, and that’s what gives you the number of looks. I want Dua to feel extremely sexy and strong at the same time. And bringing fashion on stage is my favorite part. I‘m not a fan of costumes — I want to see fashion houses living on stage.”

Lipa first debuted the five-outfit rotation during the Australian leg of the tour, before giving it a revamp during two sold-out nights at Madrid's Movistar Arena, previewing new colors for the 23-stop European run before she takes the show on the road across North and Latin America from September until December for a total of 80 shows from beginning to end.

“The tour is a long run, so it’s good to give the fans something new,” Posocco adds. “That’s why we love changing colors, as we did for the Future Nostalgia tour. We changed the colors for most of the looks.”

Can we expect more looks? Only time will tell. “You’ll have to wait and see what else we bring on stage, the tour is not finished yet,” Posocco teases. During Act I of the Radical Optimism tour, Dua Lipa wears a custom satin corset by Jean Paul Gaultier. The fitted look features a halter neckline made of sheer fabric and the visible seaming and boning, both embellished with Swarovski crystals. To create a snug, hourglass silhouette, the corset also features lacing on the side and the back for its central closure system. The star rocked a champagne-colored version in Australia and debuted a silvery gray version in Madrid for the European leg.

The corset is paired with fishnet stockings and mid-calf boots to match each corset, custom-made by Paris Texas. As shared by the brand, the boots feature a special custom-made design created specifically for Lipa's tour. To match the shiny corset, the boots are covered in crystals, which are applied by Italian artisans.

For Act II of her tour, Lipa changes — and rather quickly, we might add — into a custom long-sleeved lace catsuit by Valentino. She first debuted the look in black in Australia, with a black and white faux fur shawl to boot. In Spain, she swapped the black for an eye-catching red shade, with a taupe faux fur shawl. This is the look the star dons to sing a surprise cover song by a local artist, so all eyes are on her. The look is completed with matching Christian Louboutin boots.

For Act III, which kicks off with the high-octane “Physical,” Lipa changes into a custom look by The Attico, the brand founded by Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini. The look is a mini dress with a corset bustier, also featuring exposed boning on the back and a delicate textured floral lace overlay in the front, which cascades into flappy fringes with shimmering tonal crystals that dance along to Lipa's moves.
