Rihanna’s Giant Diamond Ring in Her Savage x Fenty Campaign Sparks Engagement Rumors

Last month, A$AP Rocky sparked marriage rumors when he called his longtime partner, Rihanna, his “wife” in an interview. Now, it’s Rihanna’s turn. The singer unveiled her new Savage x Fenty campaign for the lingerie line’s bridal collection. In the photos, Rihanna dressed up as a bride, wearing a giant diamond ring on her left ring finger.

The sparkler was enough to draw the attention of fans on social media, who wondered whether she was subtly announcing an engagement or just wearing a prop. One commented on Savage x Fenty’s Instagram post, “am I the only one noticing that enormous rock?!” The brand called Rihanna “the picture-perfect bride” in its caption. Rihanna avoided making any comments of her own when she shared her campaign images on Instagram. She has generally kept her relationship status with Rocky to herself.

Rocky, meanwhile, spoke adoringly about Rihanna in two recent interviews. In mid-March, he told Mystery Fashionist of his partner, “Birds of a feather, flock together. I’m gonna ride ’till wheels fall off like she do.” He added, “That’s my wife, that’s my everything.”

Then in a Vogue interview released this week, he said his love for Rihanna is “internal, external, infinite, the past, the future.” He linked the good style of their sons, 2-year-old RZA and 1-year-old Riot, to the entrepreneur. “Look who they moms is. She dress her ass off,” he said.

In February, Rihanna told Harper’s Bazaar that she loves “seeing [Rocky] be a dad.” It’s the best thing about him, she said, detailing it’s because of “his pureness. His charm. I’m annoyed because my sons sometimes just live for him more than they live for me. And I’m like, ‘Did you know who cooked you? Do you know who pushed you out?’ And they love him, but when I see it, oh, it’s the best.”
