Prince Harry needs to make amends with the Royal Family soon if he wants to avoid being "banished" when Prince William becomes King, a royal expert has warned The Duke of Sussex, 40, has experienced rifts with the royals since he quit royal life in 2020 and spent the next few years criticising the Firm and his own relatives.
The biggest rift is believed to be that between Harry and his older brother and heir-to-the-throne Prince William, 43, who is reportedly not on talking terms with Harry. A royal biographer now believes that if Harry, who lives in America, does not make amends with the royals soon, he could be banished when William once day wears the crown.
Biographer Tom Bower told The Mirror: "Harry is seriously worried that when his father dies one day, William will literally banish him and he will have no status in Britain at all. He will be persona non grata. Harry needs a meeting with Charles to show he is part of the Royal Family and to establish his credibility in Britain."
