What are the Prices at IMM-Affiliated and Private Beaches?

With the warming of the weather, both the beaches affiliated with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and private businesses are preparing to open their doors in Istanbul. 14 beaches affiliated with the municipality will provide service. The entrance fees for Kadıköy Caddebostan 1 and Bakırköy Güneş Beach were announced as 120 liras and 60 liras for students . Entry to other beaches is free. Fees at private beaches can go up to 1,500 liras .

IMM Istanbul Beaches

With the arrival of summer, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) will provide service at 14 beaches. These beaches offer various services such as showers, changing cabins, umbrellas, sun loungers, cafes and sports areas.

Caddebostan 1-2-3, Güneş Beach and Menekşe Beach will be opened on June 3. Other beaches served by IMM will be open until June 15.

There is an entrance fee to both beaches.

In the beaches with closed turnstile systems and paid entrance; full services such as WC, shower, changing cabin, sunbed, umbrella, cafe, safe and sports areas are offered. Such services will be provided in Kadıköy Caddebostan 1 and Bakırköy Güneş Beach. The entrance fee for these beaches in 2025 will be 120 TL for full use and 60 TL for students.

IMM Istanbul Beaches

There is also the opportunity to rent sun loungers and umbrellas at the beaches where entrance is free, showers, WCs and changing rooms are provided for a fee. This type of service will be provided at Kadıköy Caddebostan 2, Kadıköy Caddebostan 3, Küçükçekmece Menekşe, Arnavutköy Yeniköy, Sarıyer Kısırkaya, Silivri Kumluk and Büyükçekmece Albatros beaches.

IMM Istanbul Beaches

This year, Istanbul Fire Department will provide service on 50 beaches in Istanbul with 648 lifeguard personnel, 50 jet-skis, 3 rescue boats and 17 ATV vehicles.

Prices at private beaches can go up to 1,500 lira.

On the other hand, private beaches have started to open. In Şile, the entrance fee to the beaches can go up to 800 lira. In the Islands , the beach season starts from May 31-June 1, with entrance fees starting from 600 lira and rising to 1,500 lira.

While the daily entrance fee to private beaches in Kilyos is 500 TL on weekdays and 750 TL on weekends, it varies between 600-800 TL in Sarıyer.
