The accident took place in Narlıca Neighborhood , Antakya district.

A truck with license plate 06 FU 7742 overturned on the side of the road when its brakes failed. The driver fled the scene and disappeared into thin air.

Nearby residents who witnessed the accident reported the situation tothe 112 Emergency Call Center, and police, ambulance, and firefighters were dispatched. Firefighters arrived quickly and began working to rescue the driver, but realized he was not in the truck.
