The prosecutor's office requested information and documents for 11 structures on the Bosphorus.

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into prominent Bosphorus landmarks and buildings, including the Oligarch Hotel, the Six Senses Hotel, the Mandarin Hotel, Torunlar Construction's Paşabahçe Project , and Kuruçeşme Divan . In a letter sent yesterday, the prosecutor's office requested the Bosphorus Zoning Directorate to urgently prepare all documents and information.

According to a report by İsmail Şahin from Nefes newspaper, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism detected unauthorized construction on 106 properties along the Bosphorus coast, and their demolition began yesterday with the Baylan Patisserie.

Demolition operations will continue with the illegal extensions at the Bebek Hotel, Mandarin Hotel and Les Ottoman Hotel .

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, which is conducting an investigation into individuals including Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was suspended from his post as Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor , sent a note yesterday to the Bosphorus Zoning Directorate, affiliated with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.

In the letter sent, detailed information and documents regarding the permit and license procedures for 11 real estate properties and businesses in Boğaziçi were requested.

The prosecutor's office stated that it would investigate whether there were any irregularities or violations of zoning regulations in the licensing processes or zoning qualifications, and requested that the property owners, those who issued and approved the license, or those responsible for the licensing process be notified.

Similarly, it was requested that the clear identity and address information of the persons responsible for the violation of zoning regulations, if any, be written down and forwarded to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office immediately and completely.
