560 packs of smuggled cigarettes seized from truck: 1 detained
According to information received, a total of 560 packs of smuggled cigarettes were seized in a search conducted by teams from the Kayseri Provincial Gendarmerie Command’s Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch, the Pınarbaşı District Gendarmerie Command and the Bünyan District Gendarmerie Command, accompanied by a tea and tobacco detection dog, on the Kayseri- Malatya Highway.
The truck driver was taken into custody by police. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
