Barcelona grapples with debt! Three transfers caused the crisis

Barcelona, one of the giants of Spanish football, is struggling with financial problems.
In the latest La Liga team meeting, it was revealed that the club has an accumulated transfer debt of €159 million by the end of the season. It was also reported that €140 million of this debt must be paid by the end of the season.
THREE TRANSFERS DOUBLED THE DEBTThe transfers that caused Barcelona's debt have also been revealed. The names the La Liga giants have linked to their clubs in 2022 make up a large portion of the debt. While €150 million was paid for the transfers of Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, and Jules Kounde during the season in question, financial reports indicate that less than half of the transfer fees have been paid.
Barcelona must pay €42 million for Brazilian star Raphinha, €25 million for Kounde, and €10 million for striker Lewandowski, according to the agreement. In addition to these three players, they will also be required to pay €25 million for Vitor Roque, who is currently out of Barcelona.
Barcelona must pay RB Leipzig €18 million for the Dani Olmo transfer and Manchester City €13.5 million for Ferran Torres. The Catalan club is expected to turn to player sales to cover these debts.
