Orkun Kökçü is in Beşiktaş!

Beşiktaş club President Serdal Adalı announced that Orkun Kökçü will be in Istanbul tomorrow. National team player Orkun Kökçü is close to transferring to Beşiktaş, a club he supports. Benfica and Beşiktaş have reached an agreement for the 24-year-old midfielder.

Beşiktaş has reached a one-year, four-year agreement with Benfica. The Black and Whites will pay a €25 million transfer fee and €5 million in bonuses for the transfer.

Beşiktaş Futbol A.Ş. has informed the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that negotiations have begun for the transfer of professional football player Orkun Kökçü.

The statement made by Beşiktaş Football Investments Industry and Trade Inc. to the Public Disclosure Platform is as follows:

“Negotiations have begun with the player and his club, Sport Lisboa E Benfica-Futebol SAD, regarding the transfer of professional football player Orkun Kökçü.”
