Asseco SEE reported lower revenues and a decline in net profit. This impacted the results

In the third quarter of 2025, the Asseco South Eastern Europe Group reported net revenues of PLN 437.2 million, down 2% year-on-year, while net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was PLN 55.2 million.
In the three-quarter period, net sales amounted to PLN 1.263 billion and were higher by 4.5%, net profit for shareholders of the parent company amounted to PLN 133.2 million.
The group's financial results for the third quarter of 2025 were significantly burdened by one-off non-cash accounting events related to the operations of subsidiaries in India and the United Arab Emirates, the company said in a statement.
In the third quarter, results were also affected by accounting transactions and high monthly inflation, which affects activity in the Turkish market.
The total impact of these events reduced revenues by EUR 4.1 million, or PLN 17.6 million, operating profit by EUR 7.5 million (PLN 32.2 million), and net profit by PLN 19.7 million.
According to the company's management, the results, adjusted for the impact of one-off transactions and expressed in euro, indicate an increase in revenues and improved profitability for the Asseco SEE Group, thanks to growth in the "Dedicated Solutions" segment and the "Banking Solutions" segment. Even after adjusting for the impact of one-off transactions, the "Payment Solutions" segment recorded a decline in profit.
The company's main shareholder is Asseco International as (50.89%) and OFE Allianz Polska (16.85%). Asseco SEE has been listed on the stock exchange since October 2009.
