Umut Camkıran is defending his title in his hometown of Tunceli

The RMO Boxing event, held at Tunceli Atatürk Stadium, will feature six exciting professional boxing matches. The matches will be broadcast live on HT Spor.
23 MATCHES, 23 WINS, UNDEFEATED STREAK FROM CAMKIRANUndefeated champion Umut Camkıran, who has amassed 23 wins in his professional career, 21 of which have come by knockout, will face Macedonian opponent Todorche Cvetkov in the main event of the night. In the 12-round bout, Umut Camkıran will defend his title. Cvetkov has 13 wins, 1 loss, and 10 knockouts. Camkıran lost a whopping 26 kilograms before this major fight. The weigh-in for all boxers will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday morning at the Hüseyin Güntaş Conference Hall, accompanied by a grand celebration.
HISTORICAL BOXING NIGHT IN TUNCELİ IN FRONT OF 10,000 AUDIENCESCamkıran, who has competed in countries such as Russia, Montenegro, Germany, Albania, and Serbia throughout his career, will be fighting his 12th bout in Türkiye in Tunceli. The champion, thrilled to be entering the ring for the first time in his hometown, will be fighting in front of an estimated 10,000 spectators.
The night will be promoted by Birol Topuz and Ahmet Adıbeş, while Türkiye's beloved ring announcer Mustafa Özben will also be on duty for this special night. The matches will be broadcast live on HT SPOR, with commentary by veteran commentator Bilgehan Demir.
Birol Topuz told DHA, "We are honored to bring such a world-class event to our Anatolian city. Live broadcasts will be available not only nationwide via HT Spor, but also from many other countries via Prime Fight HD television." The matches will be broadcast live from many countries, including Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, England, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and Spain.
CAMKIRAN'S GOAL IS THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPCamkıran, who will defend his WBC Asian championship belt, aims to break into the top 15 of the world's most prestigious federations with a victory. While Oleksandr Usyk holds the top spot in the heavyweight division, the first requirement for a world title fight is to earn a top 15 ranking. Camkıran currently sits 50th out of 1,595 boxers in the world.
