Sister Family Social Housing Protocol was signed

The signing ceremony of the "Sister Family Social Housing Protocol" for those in need between the Istanbul Governorship Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation and Rams Turkey was held with a program organized by the Istanbul Governorship. The program was attended by Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, Istanbul Governor Davut Gül and invitees. Before the ceremony, Minister Göktaş visited the exhibition where works made by women were exhibited. "Within the scope of the Sister Family Social Housing Protocol, 167 houses will be built for those in need in Arnavutköy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş said, "We are experiencing the best example of social solidarity. Our governor has valuable work within the scope of this project. With the understanding of leaving no one behind, which we carry out under the leadership of our President, we are by everyone's side with this work and we are putting it into practice. With the protocol that our Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation and RAMS Türkiye will sign together, 167 social housing will be built for orphans and widows in need under the auspices of our governorship. In these social housing, our orphaned children and their families will be protected within the scope of this sister family project."

Speaking at the program, Istanbul Governor Davut Gül said, "We had started to provide rental support to orphans who do not have their own homes and are in need according to our criteria with the Sibling Family Project. When we introduced this, Mr. Devran from Rams Construction called and promised us that he wanted to support the Sibling Family Project and that he would build houses on a suitable plot of land. When we presented the issue to our Minister of Environment, he allocated a land belonging to the treasury to our Ministry of Family and Social Services. Today, our minister came. 167 houses will be built. Our request is for it to be widespread and for other benefactors to do the same. Our state supports those in need in many areas. However, the support of benefactors is complementary to this."
