Registration for the 47th Istanbul Marathon People's Run is sold out.

The 47th Istanbul Marathon organized by Spor Istanbul, a subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), will take place on Sunday, November 2nd. Holding the Gold Label award from the World Athletics Association, the 47th Istanbul Marathon will once again host thousands of runners from all over the world. As in previous years, the People's Run, which will witness colorful scenes, has attracted great interest from sports enthusiasts. Registration for the Istanbul Marathon has been completed in all categories, and the 5,000-person quota for the People's Run sold out in just 6 minutes. The 42K and 15.5K races, the Corporate Run, and the People's Run will bring an unforgettable experience to approximately 42,000 people on the magnificent course that connects two continents.

Kit distribution begins Saturday

Participants in the 47th Istanbul Marathon will be able to pick up their race kits from designated locations starting Saturday. 42K and 15.5K participants can pick up their kits from the Spor İstanbul stands in Kanyon Shopping Mall between 11:00 am and 9:00 pm between October 25 and November 1. Kit distribution for participants in the Corporate Run category will take place at the IMM Spor İstanbul General Directorate building between October 30 and 31 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Organizations competing in this category will be able to collect the kit packages from participants on their lists.

The bib numbers of Istanbulites who will experience the excitement of the marathon with the People's Run will be distributed at the IBB Spor Istanbul facilities selected during registration until October 31st.
