Work accident in Isparta: 1 dead, 1 injured

The incident took place in the evening hours in the forest area in İbişler village of Sütçüler district. Hasan Armağan and Mustafa Y. (69), who were working in the forest cutting area belonging to Ünal U., were injured when the logs fell on them while they were loading the cut trees onto the truck.

HE DIED IN THE HOSPITAL

After witnesses reported the incident to the 112 Emergency Call Center, gendarmerie and health teams were dispatched to the area. After the first intervention of the health teams that arrived at the scene, the injured were sent by ambulance to Eğirdir Joint and Bone Diseases Hospital. Hasan Armağan, one of the workers whose condition was serious, lost his life despite all interventions. It was learned that Mustafa Y.'s treatment was continuing and that his health condition was good. The gendarmerie has launched an investigation into the incident.
