Tamer Levent made the following statement:

"When the word 'artist' is used as a professional name, does the person hearing it understand what that profession is? Can it be defined? Are the personal rights defined?..

As far as I know, in order to be an artist, one must have a profession and one must adopt the philosophy of making art out of one's profession.

But "art" is not a philosophy with a beginning and an end. It is an unending journey, passed down from generation to generation.
