Breaking news... The arrest warrant for manager Ayşe Barım has been lifted

The Forensic Medicine Institute (ATK) has completed its report on the health condition of manager Ayşe Barım.
In its decision, the Istanbul 27th High Criminal Court stated that the report prepared by the Forensic Medicine Institute (ATK) on Barım on October 22 was sent to the court for evaluation.
The decision noted that the ATK report stated that Barım's treatment was continuing in hospital conditions, that according to the existing documents in the file, his treatment should have continued in hospital conditions, and that his stay in prison was not suitable for his health.
The report also stated that some issues could be re-evaluated after Barım was sent to the ATK for examination one month later, along with some tests showing his current condition.
In the decision, it was noted that the arrest warrant for the defendant was lifted, as it was anticipated that the judicial control measures to be implemented by the main court on Barım at this stage would be sufficient and beneficial.
WHAT HAPPENED?Ayşe Barım, the manager and owner of ID Communications, who was arrested and sent to prison on January 27, was released at the hearing held on October 1 and a house arrest order was issued for Barım.
While the prosecutor's office objected to Barım's release, the Istanbul 27th High Criminal Court ordered Barım's re-arrest, despite the 26th High Criminal Court rejecting the objection.
Barım, who fell ill at home and was taken to hospital the same day and learned of the decision to re-arrest at the hospital, was not allowed to be sent to prison by his doctors.
