Solskjaer's future at Beşiktaş has been revealed

Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı announced the decision they made regarding manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who has been the target of criticism.
Adalı said, "We will give Solskjaer some time. He has a credit to us. A coach who stepped up and didn't run away when we were at a psychological and mental low point will certainly have a credit to him. Once the transfers are complete, the ball will be in the coach's hands. We will expect him to play a team that plays a big team game. Every defeat, even the smallest incident, should be blamed on the coach, the players, and others. Let's remember what we've been through in the last three years. Who benefits from this?"
"WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE IT HAPPEN"
Speaking about the Jadon Sancho transfer, Adalı said, "I want it as much as the club wants it. Our desire isn't the important thing. First, it's very important that the player wants to come to Türkiye. Second, we have a budget. We'll do everything we can to make sure he comes."
"THEY WON'T LEAVE KEREM"
Regarding Kerem Aktürkoğlu, who has been linked with Fenerbahçe, Adalı said, "We also discussed Kerem Aktürkoğlu while negotiating with Benfica for Orkun. The impression I get is that they won't let go of Kerem this season. They also had an injury in that area. We didn't negotiate with Benfica because they said they desperately needed Kerem. Benfica already knows that Kerem wants to play for us if he comes to Türkiye."
Adalı, who said that they work on a player for six hours, continued his words about the transfer as follows:
Our priorities are left wing and right back. Especially left wing. We have a player who can play right back. We've focused all our efforts on the left wing. We've met with Rıdvan Yılmaz. Nothing has been finalized. We're talking with his agent and club. We have a lot to say about Emerson Royal. He says, 'I chose Flamengo, I believed in their project.' I wish him success, but it's not true. Beşiktaş has a certain seriousness; I don't sit around gossiping about players. If Beşiktaş backs down on a transfer, it's for a good reason. There's a perception that they backed down due to social media pressure. That's not the case at all. We have a serious reason. Let's keep that reason to ourselves.
