5- The most economically advantageous bid will be determined solely on the basis of price. 6- Only domestic bidders may participate in the tender, and domestic bidders offering domestic goods will receive a 15% (fifteen percent) price advantage throughout the tender. 7- Bidders are required to log in to their EKAP account and download the tender documents. 8- Bids must be prepared using the bid letter, tender participation document, and other attachments via EKAP. They must be signed with an e-signature and submitted via EKAP by the tender date and time. 9- Bidders will submit their bids in unit prices based on the total price calculated by multiplying the quantity of each work item by the unit prices offered for these items. Following the tender, a unit price contract will be signed with the awarded bidder. 10- Bids will be submitted for the entire project in this tender. 11- Bidders must submit a provisional guarantee of their own choosing, not less than 3% of the bid price. 12- There will be no electronic auctions in this tender. 13- The validity period of submitted bids is 60 (sixty) calendar days from the tender date. 14- Bids cannot be submitted as a consortium. 15- Other matters: Bidders whose bid price is determined to be excessively low by the tender committee will be asked for an explanation in accordance with Article 38 of the Law.
