The MEB Academy Entrance Exam will be held today

This year, the Ministry of National Education is opening the doors of the National Education Academy to 10,000 prospective teachers for the first time.
KPSS requirement for teacher appointments is being abolishedCandidates wishing to train at the academy, which will open in September, will take the Academy Entrance Exam today. This exam will remove the KPSS requirement for teacher appointments.
The Academy Entrance Exam will be held in 2 sessions.The exam will be held in two sessions. The first session, the Academy Entrance Exam, will begin at 10:15 a.m. Teacher candidates will be asked 80 questions. The second session, the Teaching Field Knowledge Test, will begin at 2:45 p.m. Candidates will answer 50 questions.
The exam will cover topics such as verbal and numerical abilities, history, geography, the fundamentals of education, and the Turkish national education system and legislation.
Results will be announced on August 13The exam for teacher candidates whose field is language will be calculated based on 50 percent of the scores from the Academy Entrance Exam and the Foreign Language Proficiency Level Determination Exam.
For prospective teachers who will not take the Proficiency in Teaching Fields Test or the Foreign Language Proficiency Test, their exam scores will be determined solely by the Academy Entrance Exam. Exam results will be announced on the ÖSYM website on August 13th.
