The Capital Markets Board approved the applications of 3 companies

According to the CMB weekly bulletin, the board approved the debt instrument issuance application of Uşak Seramik Sanayi AŞ for 500 million lira, Teknosa İç ve Dış Ticaret AŞ for 2 billion lira and Erciyas Çelik Boru Sanayi AŞ for 2.5 billion lira.

Hayat Varlık Kiralama AŞ's 4 billion lira lease certificate and VİDMK issuance application was granted permission, Fibabanka AŞ Arıcıoğlu Otomotiv Birinci Varlık Finansmanı Fund's 900 million lira lease certificate and Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler AŞ's 50 million lira lease certificate and VİDMK issuance application was granted permission.

NEW ACTIVITY PERMITS

The Board responded positively to Aktif Portfolio Management Inc.'s request to allow the establishment of "NKolay Ev Beşiktaş Participation Real Estate Investment Fund", "NKolay Ev Kadıköy Participation Real Estate Investment Fund" and "NKolay Ev Participation Real Estate Investment Fund" and "Neo Portfolio Management Inc. Eleventh Venture Capital Investment Fund".

The requests of Ahlatcı Portfolio Management Inc. to establish a "Variable Umbrella Fund", " Stock Umbrella Fund", "Participation Umbrella Fund", "Precious Metals Umbrella Fund" and "Free Umbrella Fund" were approved.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AND ADMINISTRATIVE FINES

As a result of the investigation conducted regarding Reysaş Taşımacılık ve Lojistik AŞ and the members of the company's audit committee, the CMB decided to impose an administrative fine of 153 thousand 708 liras in total on the company and two individuals related to transactions carried out in the stock markets.

As a result of the investigation into the venture capital investment funds founded by Maqasid Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc., the company was imposed a fine of 739 thousand 534 liras.

It was decided to impose an administrative fine of 10 million 811 thousand 943 liras in total on 9 people regarding transactions carried out in the Euro Menkul Kıymet Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (EUYO) share market; and 466 thousand 701 liras on one person regarding transactions related to Anel Elektrik Proje Taahhüt ve Ticaret AŞ (ANELE).

As a result of the investigations conducted within the scope of the Capital Markets Law (CML) and relevant legislation, it was decided to file a criminal complaint against 28 people (for the cancellation of licenses and authorization certificates).

Again, within the scope of the investigations, a decision was made to file a criminal complaint against the content providers of the websites with the extensions "glyatirim, "indyatirim", "indexfx", "interaktifyatirim", "fgcborsa", "hunmarkets", "acc1.infotrader.pro", "mblmarkets", "balansfx", "fbrokerspro", "cashproinvest" and "exenmarkets" for "engaging in unauthorized capital market activities".

18. DECISION TO BLOCK ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

It was decided to take legal action pursuant to the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 18 websites that were determined to be conducting leveraged transactions abroad via the internet for persons resident in Türkiye.
