Privatization tender for vehicle inspection stations held

The Privatization Administration first held a tender for the privatization of the construction, maintenance and operation services of vehicle inspection stations for the 1st region.
Participating in the tender were Doğuş Tem OGG (Doğuş Holding AŞ-Tem Kocaeli Vehicle Inspection Stations Operation and Trade Inc.), AGTT OGG (Aktur Vehicle Inspection Stations Operation Inc.-GGK Yapı Gayrimenkul Enerji Turizm İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.-TÜV SÜD Aktiengesellschaft-Test Vehicle Inspection Stations Construction and Operation Inc.), MOI OGG (Met-Gün İnşaat Contracting and Trade Inc.- Itversia Gestion SL-Opus Group AB -VTV Norte SA).
The bid in the first round without elimination was $ 750 million. The first round of the tender, which was conducted by open auction, started with $800 million. In this round, MOI Joint Venture Group offered $805 million, AGTT Joint Venture Group offered $810 million, while Doğuş Tem Joint Venture Group withdrew from the tender.
In the third and final round of the auction, MOI OGG increased its bid to $830 million, while AGTT OGG announced that it was withdrawing from the tender.
Thus, in the tender for the privatization of vehicle inspection stations, MOI OGG made the highest bid of $830 million for the 1st region.
