The information teams have begun informing citizens about how to obtain the Real Estate Certificate from Borsa Istanbul and the details of the Drop City project .

The process of collecting requests for the Real Estate Certificate will begin on August 4 and end on August 8. The certificates will be available for purchase on Borsa Istanbul using the transaction code "DMLKT."

REAL ESTATE EXPERTS EXPLAIN STEP BY STEP

The Damla Kent project, which will be implemented in Başakşehir with the assurance of Emlak Konut, offers investors the opportunity to own a home or invest in real estate with small portions. Information trucks and tents provide face-to-face answers to citizens' questions such as "What is a Real Estate Certificate, how to obtain one, and how to invest?" and share project details.

Visitors can tour sample apartments using VR headsets, examine floor plans, and project details. It explains that those with an investment account can easily participate in the demand collection process, while those without an account are also provided with support in opening one. Residents are introduced to the project's diverse apartment types, spacious squares, green parks, social amenities, playgrounds, indoor parking, and walking paths.
