CBRT's limit increase on rediscount credits: Effective November 1

The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey ( CBRT ) increased the daily limits for export and foreign exchange earning services rediscount credits from 4 billion lira to 4.5 billion lira, effective from November 1, 2025.
The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) decided to increase the limit on rediscount credits.
Accordingly, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) increased the daily limits of export and foreign exchange earning services rediscount credits provided to exporting companies through banks from 4 billion lira to 4.5 billion lira, effective from November 1, 2025.
According to information obtained from the bank, rediscount credit daily limits are updated at regular intervals, taking into account market developments, real sector demands and the course of usage.
In line with the latest evaluation made in this context, the 4.5 billion lira daily usage limits in question will be implemented starting from the first week of November.
